Set & Scale was founded by Tiffiny and Simon Schober. What began as My Dream VA, a virtual assistance service supporting entrepreneurs with the day-to-day tasks that keep businesses moving, evolved into something much broader.

Tiffiny brings 7+ years of dedicated founder and executive operations experience built on an 18-year foundation of international operational leadership. Simon brings 20+ years of operations, finance and team leadership experience including large-scale events like the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Saudi Arabia. Together they cover what most businesses need but rarely find in one place: operational clarity, reliable execution and technical capability.
