What happens if I need more than my monthly hours?
We flag it before going over. If you regularly need more hours, we adjust the scope in the next monthly agreement. There are no surprise invoices. Additional hours beyond the agreed package are billed at the standard hourly rate for your tier.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
No. Hours are allocated per month. This is standard for retainer arrangements and ensures we can plan and dedicate the time properly. If you consistently use less than your allocation, we can discuss adjusting the package down.
Why is the hourly rate lower in the Operations package?
With a larger monthly commitment we can plan more effectively, prioritise deeper work and build better systems over time. The discount reflects that longer-horizon engagement. It also means the Operations package is the better value for businesses that need consistent, structured support.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. We work on rolling monthly arrangements with 30 days notice to close. No minimum term, no penalty for stopping. We earn your continued business by doing good work.
Can I start with Essentials and move to Operations later?
Yes. Many clients start with a smaller scope to get comfortable with how we work, then expand as confidence builds. Moving between packages is straightforward and takes effect from the next monthly period.
